With over 5 million dollars awarded every single year, they are the largest provider of scholarships for young women in the United States. Through the five phases of competition delegates are fully immersed in the benefits and life skills that MAO has to offer. From personal branding and Communication/networking skills, to community involvement this organization is truly changing lives by shaping young women for the future.
